Football Club Sponsorship
Arrowsmith are pleased to announce the sponsorship of League Champions Chetwynd Tigers Football Club for the 2011-2012 season. Chetwynd play in the Nuneaton and Bedworth Minor League and a regular update will be provided during the coming season.
Manufacturer of the Year
Following their success in the 2010 Coventry and Warwickshire Business awards (Small Business of the Year) Arrowsmith are Finalists in the Manufacturer of the Year category 2011.
3rd Factory Acquired
Further to the acquisition and construction of the new Head Quarters and Factory in 2010 Arrowsmith have signed the lease for a third factory within the same site allowing considerable growth potential.
Goodrich Improvement Programme
Goodrich ECEPs are now sponsors of Arrowsmith on their continued SC21 journey. In 2011 over 2500 hours were invested into improvement works by both companies which cumulated in Arrowsmith achieving the Goodrich level 1 award.

We are proud to announce we have achieved Goodrich approval in October 2010 and we have began supplying directly to this illustrious new customer.

New Headquarters
The additional new offices and Engineering facility at 44 Bayton Road are now completed and providing 3000 sqft extra shop floor space and a total of 12000sqft.
SC21 Update
We have had a huge boost with Goodrich working with us on an extensive Improvement Programme. 5 Team Leaders have been promoted and are leading the 5s and TPM improvements. BOS/QOS visual reporting is now in use covering OTIF, Internal Quality, External Quality and Supplier Performance.
Jobshop MRP, Visual Fairs and 3D Cad Cam upgrades are now bedding in and we are in a period of consolidation ensuring all these introductions run smoothly over the next 12 months. TEC consultants and MAS continue to assist.
Our Manufacturing Excellence score has risen from 180 to 316 and our OTIF has risen by 20% to just under 90% with a target of 97%. Quality stands at 99.6%.

With the purchase of Exhall Grinding, our already extensive Grinding section will amalgamate to become Arrowsmith Grinding in November 2009.
