Arrowsmith Engineering is a privately owned company that was established in 1967. We have a highly skilled loyal workforce with many staff having in excess of 20 years service. We encourage and support our staff for work related and personal education and training.
The Arrowsmith management team are aerospace engineering professionals with a mixture of internally promoted and externally employed engineers. We have newly promoted and trained team leaders in all department. An improved apprentice scheme, degree sponsored students and on average 40% of our employees are training or upskilling
