Arrowsmith Engineering is a privately owned company that was established in 1967. We have a highly skilled loyal workforce with many staff having in excess of 20 years service. We encourage and support our staff for work related and personal education and training.
The majority of our management team are trained and promoted internally. Currently we have 3 apprentices, 4 NVQ students, and sponsor 2 degree students, together with normally 25% of our staff on training courses.
The Arrowsmith Engineering management style is one of fostering open communication and employee involvement. The Total Quality Management system being an inherent part of the management philosophy and is used to achieve continuous improvement within the business which ultimately leads to increased customer satisfaction and higher quality standards.
Arrowsmith Engineering also have a high commitment to minimising their environmental impact and through their programme of staff training and environmental policies implemented have attained accreditation to ISO14001 environmental standard.
